Spit & Polish Property Management was founded by husband-and-wife team Mick and Kathy Pearce.

Based in the Famagusta region of Cyprus, we support overseas property owners who want confidence that their property is being properly cared for while they are away.
Â
Mick brings 24 years of military service, including supporting the Royal Household, where professionalism, accountability and attention to detail were essential every day.
Â
Kathy brings extensive experience in business ownership, project management, client service and communication, with a strong focus on organisation, trust and building strong client relationships.
Together, we combine military standards with personal service, providing dependable local support, clear communication and genuine care for every property we manage.

The name Spit & Polish reflects the principles at the heart of our business.

In military life, "spit and polish" is about far more than appearance. It represents pride in standards, attention to detail, personal responsibility and doing things properly, even when nobody is watching.

Property Management
Tailored to Your Needs
You own a property in Cyprus, but how you use it is personal to you. You may only need regular inspections and someone local you can trust, or you may be renting your property through Airbnb or Booking.com and need help with pricing, bookings, guests, cleaning, laundry, arrivals, departures and the day-to-day running of the property while you are away.

The difficulty is that when you are not in Cyprus, even a small problem can quickly become something you have to deal with from hundreds or thousands of miles away. A guest has a problem, a cleaner lets you down, something breaks before the next arrival or a booking needs dealing with quickly. That is why we do not offer a one-size-fits-all package.

We start by understanding your property, how often you use it, whether you rent it and how much of the operation you want to manage yourself. Then we build the support around you, from inspections and keyholding to complete holiday-let management, including bookings, guest communication, property readiness, cleaning coordination, laundry and owner reporting.
You choose the level of support. We make sure your property, your guests and the operation behind them are properly looked after when you cannot be here.
